WTD 1.6 td

I'm looking for a 1.6 td (or a well priced 1.9 or 1.9 td).
I will also need the radiator, injection pump, oil pump, and possibly the bell housing from the tranny and the motor mounts.  I will consider an entire car if it is in my price range.

Where did you get your engine?
What is a normal obtainable highway speed for you?
