PD-TDI vs Eclipse

I can't really take the credit on this one, I was riding shotgun in my own car!!

So, as stated above, I let my roommate test out the Unitronic tune on the Jetta. We stop at a light, in the right lane. There is a turn-only lane next to us, and some little tools in a fart can Eclipse pull up next to us. I watch, with glee, as Paul turns off the traction control, adjusts the rear view mirror and says "lets just see what you can do little Mitsie."

Green light. Hook and grab. The TDI (its an 06 Jetta - not exactly a small or light car) didn't squeel, she just boosted and moved. The Eclipse lurched forward, but that was about it. We gained 2, possibly 3 lengths away by the time Paul topped out second. We moved so fast, that the Lexus behind us decided to also play "don't let the Mitsie over."

Silly gassers, torque is for diesels.
