Need some help.

At first. My english not very good so...
I have 92 wv golf Gtd 1.9.Two weeks ago i change fuel filter. After that 2 days car was working perfectly and then one morning engine starded badly.Engine wasnt work normaly under 1800 p/m was feeling like not all strokes working and engine revels goes up and doww( 1800-1000-1800).Above 2000 p/m engine works normally but no power and speed.
Last week i park my car a little pit badly(right side was a little higher then left sideabout 20 cm) and engine wasnt start any more.
Tube between fuelpump and turbo.What mission it has?

check for air bubbles in the clear fuel line when it is running

Last time then i watch lines wasnt there bubbles. I will chek vacum side of engine and lines what are afrer the pump.

Don't see many posts from Estonia.  My sister taught English there at the Estonian Military Institute years ago, after the soviets pulled out.  She brought home some wierd local liquer  drink that was kind of brown.  Tasted nasty but was really strong.

to subsonic: I think that liquer was Vana Tallinn. This is one most popular drink in Estonia.
