is a 1.6lna internally ballanced? or does the flywheel have weights on one side to ballance the engine, i noticed that the flywheel bolt holes are not evenly spaced apart, thats why i'm asking,..

The flywheel is not used to balance the engine. The offset hole pattern insures that the TDC mark always indicates TDC.
