FS: 1.9TD ported, 10mm pump, rebuld
« on: October 02, 2007, 06:04:52 pm »
I'm selling my project's engine

It's a fully rebuild 1.9TD

The head was changed (brand new) 80000km ago
The crank was also changed (new) 80000km ago

The rings are new, headgasket (stacked with a MK3 TDI headgasket), the seals were changed, the block was painted. It's like new!

The pump is build by Named Tintin, it's a special 10mm (acts like an other 11mm).

The turbocharger is actually a T3 from a 1.6TD (leaks oil a little bit, maybe I will prefer to give a K24 with the engine)

I ported the head (intake/exhaust port match)

The injectors are rebuild/calibrated by Smog (1.6GTD nozzles) and I give my Merdedes nozzles with the engine.

Generator, engine wiring hardness and cluster are included (MK3 cluster adapted on my MK2 wiring hardness)

I want 1400$ CDN for this engine.

Jetta MK3 coupe: new project, 2.0 16V TDI BKD, R1287, ARL conn rods, GTB2260VK, FMIC, etc... (build-up very soon)

Be patient with me, english is not my first language!

The break-in period is basically done (it has about 3000km) @ 12PSI.

Forgive my ignorance please, but is this an AAZ engine, how much of the wiring harness is just warning lights, and gauges, compared to how much is actually keeping the engine running?
I'm Interested to put this in my mk1 rabbit, that's why I ask.

thanks

Engine died, pulling it apart, putting something new in it's place.

Would you be able to ship to the US? Could you give a shipping estimate to 97214?

AAZ will run with one wire.  the fuel stop solenoid.  some aaz's have different sensors hooked up to the pump, but most can be de-activated/bypassed by giving them full 12v power supply all the time, etc.

With a K24 turbocharger.

The headgasket is now a 3-notch metal.
