maybe i should try that a hy35 holset 9cm ex housing blowing into one of my eaton m90s...a3 tdi with 272 cam,260 pp nozzles, 12mm mechanical pump, etc..i have all of the above just got to build it..trying to do some fire rings ..they are 1 piece tubular orings that need to crush 15 thousands to seal properly in a head andf block groove you water jet out your stock head gasket fire ring area.to allow the new ones to seal.. the cummins 5.9 tractor pull guys use em..200 plus psi ..i just want to not blow ahead gasket boosting past 50 psi or so.....

Caddy can you get a price on a set of used 5 cyl pistons from a t5 transporter?.. and are you gonna stage your set up with eth turbo blowing into the supercharger etc or opposite?
thanks

the turbo will blow into the m45.
for the used 2.5 piston i just exchange them with 2.4d complete bloc.

if you can find me a set of them the 2.5L pistons i'll buy em..you mentioned they are easy to find... the cam iam thinking of running is a nuespeed 272 from asolid lifter gasser made off of a g grind billet..i ground the lock plate area already but i haven't made a adapter for the cam gear yet ..so that is holding me up debating on just buying a cam for a tdi with high lift etc..argh  yours looks like a similar style gasser gam etc?..

you have to grind the piston.
because the valve may hit the piston in top position.
never heard someone who fit it on a 1.6td but with a good engine and a good pump it may work.
