how to get easy power

hey i have a 1.6 td a 1987 and was just wondering if there was any little things i could do that would boost the power up, any suggestions would be great

with 'easy power' comes increased fuel consumption and oil consumption, and potential to break stuff.

if you have any mechanical ability, i would suggest installing an intercooler, and then increasing the boost pressure with a manual boost controller, and maybe tweaking the fuel like in the FAQ  (this is pretty much all covered in the FAQ)

The "first" thing shoud be a bigger pipe, turbo to bumper.

Then it will be EASY to dial in more POWER, with out toasting your engine.
