the 'non-keyed' Cam pulley is required to establish correct engine timing. It is the ONE item that allows, Pump, and crank and CAM to be in Fixed position, yet cam pulley to be adjusted, (due to belt tension needs) BE SURE TO TIGHTEN !!! and turn over a few times by hand before engaging starter... :oops:
From the looks of your Crank Bolt,,, If this is a true 1.9, then you DO NOT have the correct bolt. It is 12 point w/ a center 'outsticker' there is a pic on this site somewhere.
NOTE, you may need to drill some holes in that front seal plate (on tabs)to position your lower TB cover, or you can use one off 1.6. Might want to catch that b-4 you drop engine in. AND you might want to consider using a 1.6 rear main seal plate and seal. The 1.9's are built into the rear seal cover, (inferior design) and both mine have started leaking :x
