Process for posting Pictures??

Hey,
Could someone please explain the process for posting pictures. I have a mac if that matters.

Start an account at www.photobucket.com (its free) upload your pics there by clicking the "browse" button, then click the bottom option below the thumbnail sized pic that you just uploaded, a small tag will show up that says "copied, now paste that into your post here and the image will show up.

as long as a photo is hosted online somewhere, you can just refer to it within the Img tags.
