Botf of the intake and exhaust manifolds spent 24hours in an ultrasonic hot tank @190 degrees F, were then bead blasted inside and out, washed with hot soapy water, blown out with compressed air, all studs replaced with grade 8 hardware and secured with red Loctite, then painted with high temp ceramic engine enamel. I did this to two complete sets at once and am keeping one for my NA - TD conversion. One set has got to go. As for the diesl parts, I won't be needing the 1.6D NA specific stuff anymore either.

The price is above the pic - $65 + shipping. It weighs just under 8 pounds for the purpose of calculating shipping. One vwvortexer showing interest in Illinois asked for a quote and I can get the exhaust manifold, intake manifold and downpipe to him from TN for $10

The 1.6 TD intake manifold, exhaust manifold & downpipe are sold. I still have some of the service parts available and will post any other diesel goodies as they become available with pics and prices.
