Okay.. so here's my present attempt at fitting an intercooler. (haven't routed piping yet)
Thoughts?
looking good mate, how easy hard did you fitting it?

It was actually quite easy.. I had a rather large intercooler and I traded it for this one... (it seems to be of similar dimensions to a SRT-4 intercooler).. maybe 2.5-3 inches deep, almost 15 inches long from tank to tank, and about 4-5 inches high...
I had to remove a plastic vent piece below the rad support, and then drilled 2 mounting holes in the rebar to suspend it from hangar tabs... and testfitted the bumper... but the bumper needs about 1/4" trimming around the lower vents as it runs into the intercooler...
see, i want to do that but dont have the time or the skills to do that.
looking at various intercoolers that will fit into my mk3 bumper.
found one on ebay that would have fitted easily but got outbid in the dying seconds...
