I just purchased a 96 passat wagon TDI, black, with 70 000 Km's, its pretty mint. Just curious as to power mods, was thinking PP520 nozzles from kerma, what involved in installing these?? and maybe a chip. New to tdi, not to idi though. Anyways. thanx for any input, only paid $4500 CAD for it to :D

Anyways, there is a good article if you follow the link enclosed.  The Kerma PP205's are great.  I have found Kerma very organized and professional too..good experiance.

thanks for the input, yah, it was a good deal i'd say. Thanks for the link to. First thing, once i get some money, i'm going to do a chip, bump it to 100 h/p and 205 FT/Lbs. Maybe exhaust after that, we'll see

You can soure the injector tips locally you don't have to mail order. You should do the tips and other minor mods first before getting chipped, you may be happy with just those mods. PM for tip info 205, 216, 260...
You don't need exhaust, just run straight pipes delete the mufflers, not loud at all and saves lots of money.
