Can someone verify this? - 2S oil in diesel as lubricant?

Did you filter it at all? or just put it in the tank?   I am looking at viscosity, and colloidal properties now, and this stuff sounds amazing!  you know penicillin was discovered by accident

I wouldn't recommend running anything buy diesel, in your diesel car.


I'm waiting for Giles to chime in about cavitation in the pumps, and wear in the cylinders from the wash-down effect of solvents.

dude, my engine is a conglomeration. i have the weakest block and head and bolts available (1.5) and it runs this stuff awesome. and since all the ingredients are oils, they all mix.

i used waste motor oil from everything on the property, so it has 5w30, 10w40, 20w50, and lots of 15w40 rotella.
transmission fluid is nothing special, just the cheap crap from napa auto parts, dexron III.
2c oil was Wal-mart special TC-W3 outboard oil.
coleman fuel, pretty self explanatory, lol.

there will be no cavitation in my pump, its pressure fed. and the fuel i made is the same consistency as diesel.
and i dont care what anyone says, im running ENGINE OIL as a main fuel. engine oil is going to wear my cylinders out?
wow, what am i gonna run in my engine to lubricate it now?

you dont get the wash down effect either. the piston is at top dead center when fuel is introduced. the fuel never touches the cylinder walls.

I frequently use jetfuel in my car since I get it for free, on the downside is that it doesn´t have the lubricity of dieselfuel and not the same amount of energy in it (7% less roughly) the lubricity is usually taken care of with 2s oil, diesel additives such as redline etc or if nothing else available I use turbine engine oil...

jet fuel has a higher soot content than diesel also. really pours the black when you get on the pedal if its burnin jet-a.

using propane as nos for diesels?  I heard hat this is how it's done you just have to use a more lubricated fuel?  true? false?  Nos won't fundamentally work for these engines because of the injection timing and predetonation right?  I don't plan on doin this just good info none the less.

propane is fuel. you need tons of air to burn it properly. it makes your EGT's sky rocket tho. Nitrous is way safer on diesels. you turn the smoke up till you get smoke at WOT, then you add the NOS. nitrous is the way to go rather than propane. nitrous makes the EGT's go down actually. diesel burns better with the cold nitrous. and its like being intercooled even if you dont have one.

you have everything backwards. Nos works great, because its not a fuel, its an oxidizer. propane is a fuel. and it creates detonation. propane is injected into the intake stream. diesels dont have fuel in the intake charge normally. so the propane ignites WAY before the diesel is even present.

I add 125ml after every fill up of fresh diesel. MB TSB recommended this to owners of older diesels with the introduction of low sulphur fuel..307,000 kms on my OM617.952 and she pulls strong..
