IP case pressure and timing.

I have been searching for the 9 page post about IP case pressures and can't for the life of me find it anymore....
So my question is for those who have increased their pressure:

1.  Do you have to adjust your timing after you increase the IP pressure due to the inherent advance?

2.  I see increases in MPG, How much are you increasing the pressure for the increase your getting?

3.  What is the stock pressure rating for the pump and what are the dangers of this mod?

I'm interested in it for the Cummins that I have as well.
