mine had two in bolts and kept blowing the rubber lines off of the injectors.
Likely wasn't the issue, as that would cause no extra pressure in the return line then normal.
Hrmmmm... I rekon it might. Just guessing, but 10-20 psi at idle.
at idle no problem...at high rpm, nothing to keep the pressure in the pump
there SHOULD be nothing for the pump to build pressure against, if your return line is free of obstructions...
