can I use 1.9tdi 130pd intake manifold on 1.6td head?

AWX is a passat or a4 lump isnt it? the manifold looks right,try it  :roll:

The port shape is wrong.
The 1.6TD had oval ports, the TDI and AAZ (1X and 1Y also) have the D shaped posts as pictured above.

You don't want to use that on your 1.6 head due to the ports as mentioned above.

Don't worry now there is a solution to the 1.6 intake manifold problem.

It is cut from 6-cylinder NA intake.
