yea ,man,it really sux,hell i coulda traded it for something at least ,like maybe a new starter or alternator or somethjing like that at least,lol :wink:
like the triclops headlight setup,yea i ducted fresh air to this
it took the place of the stock airbox,and i boxed it in to get fresh air from the headlight
i just put the outer beam i removed on the inside one
did you know the headlight surround piece is different for a td car??yea its all cut out so air can flow thru it :shock:
oh heres the air filter i used to replace the airbox,it fits right in the stock rubber intake hose too

man if i would have known td's had different headlight thangs i woulda grabbed one off of one of the few td jettas i saw get parted, i can always do soem drilling on mine haha

i can show you how to modify a stock light housing,no biggie
i ran a 15.79 at 84.something
most of my other runs,it slowed down some,it was hotter out,15.9's and 16.0's all day though
