Title: Some ?'s for a N/A diesel 86 golf

well i'm looking to change out the glow plugs and do a oil change

i'm new to the whole diesel thing so go easy on me

i heard that Mobil Delvac 1 10w 40 is the way to go

and i looking to buy some Beru glow plugs or bosch which is better and what kind of plug is better

any help is very appreciated thanks
