Title: MK2 rear motor mount - solid to g60/hydro?
Post by: TylerDurden on August 23, 2013, 10:39:06 am
The rear mount under the exhaust, 86 TD...

I have read* about the hydro being taller than the rubber mount. Anyone really, personally tried it, or really measured them?

My solid is effed, so if I gotta replace it, I'd like to know if the hydro is viable.

*(tylernt tried a hydro and the engine sat jakey/high... conversely, another guy on 'tex tried a solid on his ABA to replace the hydro and it also sat high?)
