Anyone have this book:

Introduction to Compact and Automotive Diesels by Edward Ralbovsky

and can give a review? $140 on Amazon, cheapest used is $50! I will see if I can find it in the library.

What all are you trying to gather from that book??

Most of the information you could ever need is on this very forum, and what you can't find the Vortex's diesel section is good as well. There are quite a few other diesel sites too.

That seems like an expensive book that is probably only gonna give you the basics anyhow.. as it is only an introduction book.

Alright this book is good. Out of my price range but if you have the money do it! I bet you could find a full PDF though if you look hard enough.

Who is they?

"They" is in reference to bbob203, myself and anyone else who doesn't have the book (which probably includes himself) haha.

Dakotakid, you don't have to be a ball-bag eh? First glance? It seems like a waste of money. Looking at the PDF it is worth the $140 if you don't know your ***.

As long as he doesnt sell the PDF scan, just shares it, that would be ok. No different than me lending you my Bentley.

^^^Not too sure about that.

The bits of that book I have perused don't seem to add much to the info that is already available free online, the Bosch yellow book and the Protraining manual. Those and the Bentley are rich with specific info.
