Title: Ordering turbo rings and bearings. Which ones do I need?

I have a 12mm hydraulic 1.6 turbo diesel MF being rebuilt.  I need to know where to get good turbo diesel rings and bearings from and what size if I have a standard 76.48 size piston.  Thanks for any help!
