T3 never came on an AAZ.. what line are you trying to use? the mk1/2 line and the 1.6 oil pan, or the AAZ line that banjo bolts to the block?

i modified the line, so the old k03 line with the banjo fitting now has the T3 flange  on it. the problem is not the line, its getting the line in there and the bolts in. just wondering if there is a trick to doing this with everthing in the car.

you should be able to bolt the line loosely to the turbo, then loosely thread the banjo bolt in, then tighten everything up..

if you cant get it to work, then the line is too long..

so the best route is to bolt the flange up before the bango? i'll try that next

thats what i do. loosely bolt it to the turbo first.. then shove it in place and tighten it up..
