Title: 2 broken exhaust mani studs

kinda wondering why there's black smoke coming out from under the hood and no boost. checked and i found that i have 2 busted off exhaust studs. is there an easy way of getting those out, i know the head needs to come off.

If there is enough stud sticking out, grab it with some reverse tooth pliers and hope to god it doesn't snap again. If there isnt enough threads left to grab onto then try and weld a nut in the end if there is enough room.
If all else fails you'll have to either drill it right out, or drill it out and use a screw extractor (easyout) to get it out.

Before you try anything I would soak the ones you need to get out in PB blaster overnight

Try using a 50/50 mix of acetone and ATF, you will  thank me later!

What kind of downpipe do you have?
 Kinda wondering why they broke.

I think it cold be done on the car, but might not save any time.
