Title: Oil Squirters Removal/Honing Block
Post by: ein bora on April 13, 2011, 07:34:59 pm
On my aaz they are held in with a fairly small bolt, when I tried to remove the bolts they didn't want to come loose to easily so I didn't try any further as I am afraid I may break one. Is this normal or what do I need to do in order to get them out safely.
Thanks.

Yeah mine all broke free pretty easily, but the breakaway torque was pretty high on them... You'll be fine.

If they are hard to unscrew, sometimes I'll put the bit in place and smack it with a hammer.

As always, great information. Thank you.

Remember to put some sealant around the part that plugs into the block when you reinstall.
