alright i bought a "good running motor" from a guy in new york said it had a fresh rebuild to it and made me look like a fool..
when i put it in and tried to crank it over... i got nothing.. like the starter said hell no.. so i tried to hand crank it and there was no way i was going to be able to move it so last resort (didnt care much at this point) i put it in 4th gear and rocked it till it actually moved...
well turn out it was only because the clutch slipped...
this is what i saw when i took the head off...
( added pb to try to free it up when i get the head off thats what all the liquid is)

NOTE THE CIRCULAR MARKS ARE FROM ME!! NOT VALVES i tried taking a hammer to see if i could loosen things up
my question now is how the hell do i free this up? im going to do a fresh hone and rings and bore if it needs it( the walls dont look to bad besides the rust)
but how can i get these pistons out i know they only come out the top so.. do i just pound the *** out of them till they pop out from the bottoms side? i dont want to ruin the pistons..

I would just spray wd40 or whatever your choice penetrating oil is from top and bottom. Then pound the pistons out from top or bottom using a brass or hardwood dowel and hammer. I assume the motor is not turbo or else you will need to remove the oil squirters.

You can try letting Coca-Cola sit in the bores that are frozen solid....I have heard from two people who tried using all sorts of penetrating oils that the Coke was the only thing that freed up the pistons (rings most likely) in the bores.

Get yourself a 2x4 and a BFH and go to town. You might break a piston but that isn't as bad as what mine looked like and they came out fine. My machinist even said no bore needed :D.

The "active ingredient" in Coke is phosphoric acid. Rather than have all that nasty corn sweetener to deal with go over to Home Depot and get a gallon of phosphoric acid either in the paint department or near the concrete ( also used for etching concrete). I have never used it on alloys though so better watch what it does to the pistons carefully. I am not a machinist, but I wouldn't be comfortable running that engine without a rebore. I don't think new rings will last very long with that kind of pitting- but I might be wrong...

If I remember I had to cut my 2x4 down to 2x3 or so. My engine went from looking like that pic I have above to this

It was bored, cleaned, painted, and machined...the 2x4 didn't do miracles :D

my father has an old tractor a 1928 john deere d and we put a half and half acetone and atf transmission fluid sit in it. it is by far the best penatrating oil you can make and its also the cheapest. also you have to stir it every once and a while because they tend to separate and cover the holes also. do some reasearch on it. then i would take it to a big hydraulic press after you let it soak for a week or so and they should come.
there was an article comparing various penetrates in the April 2007 issue of Machinist Morkshop Magazine. They arranged a subjective test of all of the popular penetrants with the control being the torque required to remove the nut from a scientifically rusted environment.

When you are hammering away on the pistons keep in mind that they have to come out the top

Here's my two cents. You have a diesel car with 55L tank, use a half cup of fuel or to taste down each cylinder. Let set couple days or if you can't wait try turn crank after couple hours at least. I have seen worst free up and get a re-ring, over 200000km later all good. :) :)

The absolutely best penetrant I have ever used (worked where everything else did not, including impact socket and a 6 ft iron pipe for leverage on the hub nuts) is half brake fluid and half auto tranny fluid. I put it in a squeezable mustard bottle with some hose attached. Absolutely miracle stuff.

thats weird, because brake fluid is water soluble...

Aye; that's why I was skeptical when I found out about it. At the time I was willing to try anything to loosen up those huge axle nuts. Once shaken well, it blends nicely. I used DOT3 Valvoline brake fluid and CTC Dexron II tranny juice.

Isn't brake fluid a heavy molecular alcohol? It might be both water and oil soluble? Or not. ;)
I will be trying these on replacing my knackered stub axles this weekend. ::)
