Title: Painting Head

Well, I received my cylinder head from the machine shop, nice and clean.  They also painted it silver and didn't cover the thread areas for glow plugs and injectors.  How bad is it that paint also got on the threads?  How do I clean out the threads, especially the injector ones without damaging them?  Thanks
