Title: Anyone seen this before? (IP rebuild content)

I've begun rebuilding my ip and inside the 4 pressure valves they have a spring, well 3 of the 4 springs have a little end broken off. Anyone seen that before? anyone have some spares they want to get rid of? ;D

I've never seen that before.  What kind of pump are you working on?  1.6td?  1.9td?  I might have some extras for you if you can't find any in your area.

How was it running?

It's fairly rare from what I have seen. It's very rare for 3 of them to fail ???

the pump that failed on my car is still on there and i dont know how those springs are, this is a spare pump which i received from a friend, the car ran like *** basically, the ip dripped puddles, the engine had low compression and about to die so its hard to say if the ip caused some of the rough running. I plan to rebuild this one while its off and then switch them and rebuild the other one.

The spring in the picture below was also missing, it was taken from the 2010 governor mod thread.
