Anyone have any pictures or length/weight specs for the Mercedes OM612 2.7L 5 cylinder engine used in the Sprinter??
Is it a big heavy truck engine like a Cummins 6BT or is it smaller like a VW TDI car engine??
Is it electronic control???
What transmission is used in the Sprinter?? Pictures of the flywheel end of the engine?
Is the OM611 four cylinder 2.1L just 4/5 of the OM612 or is totally different design???
Thanks for your help.

i know they are not the size of a cummins. they are more the size of a 5 or 6 cylinder VW engine from what ive seen. they are only 2.7 litres, there isnt much to them. they arent going to weigh 1100 pounds.
