Can the IP side motor mount in a Caddy be replaced in the vehicle? How? I don't really want to pull the engine out or dismantle the timing belt-rollers.
Thanks

In a word: no.
The original Rabbit diesel side motor mounts were actually easy to remove/replace. But all the mounts available now are press-in, so it's damn near impossible to replace them without pulling the pump. That's why I always replace them when I do a TB job.
Figure on having fun on this, regardless of how you try to do it. The mounts are usually round, and the bracket is usually tweaked. It usually takes me no less than an hour to press a new one in.
