Title: 1.9 AAZ crank bolt Tightening

I have a new 1.9 AAZ engine that has been put all together and I just need to put the new crank bolt in. How do you lock the engine in place so you can get the proper torque setting? Is there some type of lock for the fly wheel? Thanks
