So will be swapping an AAZ motor into my CL.
How exactly will my fuel system be setup?
Do i keep my gas fuel pump in the tank and if so how do i wire it?

No.
You cant use the in tank pump. You can use the tank just not the pump. (see below)
Remove the assembly and figure out how to install a regular pick up tube in it's place.
Now if you have the external high pressure pump in front of the passenger side rear tire than you can use the in tank pump as it's a low pressure pump but if there is no external pump than your in tank pump is high pressure and shouldn't be used.
If you have the external pump you need to remove it. Just use good fuel line in it's place.
As for wiring, if you have the low psi pump then you are going to want to have keyed power back there. Chances are there already is you just need to find it.

Like he said, plus you'll have to remove the No-lead restrictor at the filler tube top, and you might want to verify there isn't a float ball at the bottom of the tube like I had. Diesel foams much more than gas and this ball will make it harder to top off your tank if you want to. See the end of these pages:
