Title: oil accumulator in a 1.9 AAZ Vanagon
Post by: wildenbeast on February 10, 2009, 11:27:13 am
Has anyone used an oil accumulator in their diesel Vanagon?  If so, I would like to know which one you used and any insights.

Here is the one I am looking at;

Thanks,
Bill

this device would definitely prolong engine life.  the best part, is that it is a self contained unit and only requires ignition input to be hooked up.  i've been toying with the idea of installing one of these as well.  i really like the idea of having oil pressure BEFORE turning the engine over.

the price is the only thing holding me back  :lol: vehicles in colder climates can certainly benefit more from this device...
