Anyone know what the inside of the "Passenger performance" log intake manifold looks like, and can show me a pic or explain to me how it is divided into a dual " plenem " ? I want one for my build and maybee a couple of my other Vdubbers as well . I talked to the owner of the company and for some reason they dont make them anymore...if anyone can send me a pic or a drawing of the inside that would be AWESOME

I don't have a pic but from what I remember seeing it was NOT a dual plenum, it was basically a log with a huge open interior which would hold a greater amount of air and not be biased to what cyl got what.

Greeting Zukgod, so maybee you can help me, so are you saying that when you looked in the hole where the inner cooler hose would attach to you saw that there was a large 3" ? opening and where the aluminum pipe was tig welded to the spacer it was just a long oval shaped hole like the hole that would have been in the intake manifold when P.P cut it in half ? so basically they kept the same size hole all the way up to the 3" round pipe ?

Well my memory isn't as good as it used to be but I would swear I saw pics of one being built now there is a possibility I have the pics in my mind confused with Dave's manifold.
Anyway, yes the tube on top was one 3" pipe with no baffles in it.
I have a pic in my head of the bottom end of the manifold as well but it's un clear :( I believe it was just a spacer as in the 3" tube was welded on top of the spacer which was welded to the bottom half of the OE manifold, one big empty space in there. But I have no proof of this other than my scatted memories.
I am having one built here shortly and will be using the open plenum approach.
