Not quite what you want but $60
http://store.blackforestindustries.com/enpe1.html
They only ship UPS though (last I heard) so DO NOT get it shipped directly to you (in Canada) Have a US friend receive it and then ship is USPS to you

We get nailed on customs and import fees. I ordered $80 worth of stuff from BFI, and I had to pay shipping, PLUS an extra $50 when UPS got to my door for "brokerage" fees.

I'm not the only one, and it's not just BFI. It happens everytime UPS takes a package across the border.  I see it quite a bit at work too

X2
The mail will only cost you a few bucks compared to UPS for taking anything across the border.

I believe the gasket and windage tray will fit, so perhaps the AAZ pan fits a 1.6 block ?

If so, the AAZ pan is 26 bucks from  these Canadians:  (http://catalog.worldpac.com/marks/wizard.jsp?header=http://www.bestpricecarparts.com/cdnheader.txt&footer=http://www.bestpricecarparts.com/cdnfooter.txt&partner=marks&clientid=importcarpartscanada.ca&baseurl=http://www.importcarpartscanada.ca/&cookieid=2I21CE65C2IC14PBO9&year=1994&make=VW&model=JET-D-004&category=All&part=Oil+Pan)

EDIT:  no oil return bung of course... what was I thinking ??!!
