Title: Swapping cam followers

Got the motor back together, but the cam followers that came with the replacement head are rattling a bit.

Once the cams off do the followers just lift out (Hydraulic RS/SB head)

They are usually held in by the oil. A strong magnet or channel locks (lightly) will get them free
