Can i install 1.9TD pistons in a 1.6 NA or 1.6TD?

if yes.. what will i have to alter?

You will have to bore out the cylinders.  I do not think that there would be enough structural integrity left to run safely.

Also neither rod would work. 1.9's are way too long, 1.6's are the wrong size and also may be the wrong length depending on if the pins are in different locations.

seen!!!

So lets say i get the cylinder bored to 1.9 piston specs....
would i be able to use the 1.9 wrist pins but 1.6 rods and get the bush bored to 26 mm.

and the distance between the wrist pin center to piston crown the same between 1.9 and 1.6??
