Hi
I have a boat (Arvor 190) with a VW 2.5 5cyl, 75hp and no turbo original, but I need to change the engine.
The gauges and instrument is broken because the boat was under water and is expensive and difficult to find new.
I have a used motor from a Transporter 2.5 TDI 102hp (AYC, ACV, AUF, AXL)
I want to rebuild this transporter motor with a mechanical fuel pump and no turbo. (Maybe turbo in the future)
Change over marine components and use a mechanical fuel pump. (+ make some new gauge and instrument)
What fuel pump can I use? What car can I take from?
Can i use 2.5tdi pistons and injectors?
