• AWX is a passat or a4 lump isnt it? the manifold looks right,try it  :roll:

• The port shape is wrong.
  The 1.6TD had oval ports, the TDI and AAZ (1X and 1Y also) have the D shaped posts as pictured above.

• You don't want to use that on your 1.6 head due to the ports as mentioned above.

• Not bad! Those are a lot harder to find though.
