FS: injection pump parts
« on: February 06, 2007, 07:16:14 pm »
I'm getting out of messing with VE pumps for now and am trying to clear some space so I'm looking to sell what I have left. If you need any part of this stuff let me know. I'd also be interested in selling things as a lot, perhaps to someone who is looking to build some pumps.

The LDA pins along with the LDA top are from a Peugeot which is a smaller diameter than the VW TD pin. The TDI pump is missing the pump head assembly, cam plate (though I may have another cam plate) timing spring, cover, etc. It is off of an AHU so it has the 8 pin quantity adjuster.

One of the pumps seems to be complete minus the timing spring and cover which I may be able to find though I know nothing about this pump.

I've seen a total of 5 IDI cam plates. All of the pump heads are 9mm. Post of IM me with questions.

what are you looking to get for the one LDA you have and I'd like the matching "tall" throttle shaft/gov cage assembly for it as well. I'd be interested in that to have around for spare parts ... possibly the TDI pump too if the timing internals are there for it...

I just have one TDI cam plate I'm contemplating selling. The other cam plates are all off of 1.6's.

A tdi camplate is a drop in for both the 1.9td and 1.6td pumps?

So long as the 1.9 has the larger plunger foot that seats into the cam plate properly I see no reason why it wouldn't work....however the 1.6 pumps have a smaller plunger foot so you'd have to use a pump head from a 1.9 or another properly sized one.

There isn't a whole lot of TDI specific parts here but there are lot of odds and ends though I doubt you could put all of the pumps back together or anything. Make me an offer if you want it all.

Are you referring to the KSB or the wax pot?
