I never knew there was a diff. saw a k14 on ebay from over seas and it claimed to be from a mercedes diesel.

Would you have a link for that? I know the merc k14 is much bigger, I got my hands on a mint 2nd hand k14-2 from an e300td, one of the last of them my 1999 iirc, its huge compared to my k14 looks like it would suck it up and spit it out :) :) :) Honestly these pics dont do the size difference justice and btw my k14 is identical in size to the vw one!
