HE200WG: Which turbine housing?

Hi to all,

I'm looking for a good turbo replacement.

I currently have a GT15 turbo in my IDI diesel 2.2L but want to replace it with a Holset HE200WG.

I have a stock turbo VE pump.

Engine specs:

IDI diesel 2.2L

Max rpm: 4300

Intercooled

Which turbine housing will be better for my current set up?

I'm thinking of going with the HE200WG 4cm.

Is HE200WG 4cm a good choice?

Any suggestions?

HE200WG 4cm?

HE200WG 4.5cm?

HE200WG 5cm?
