cylinder sleeves and liners. Repairing a block
« on: February 02, 2022, 11:02:54 pm »
I've never put a cylinder liner in an engine I've rebuilt.
But I have an engine with 3 real good cylinders
490psi on each
and one scored cylinder.
Anyone have experience with how to do this, where to get one or what size?
Piston is the largest overbore size so ID would have to be around 77.5.
Do they just go in without honing or after installed do they need to be bored/honed?
