Hello guys, I currently have a golf mk2 which originally had a 1.6d in it, the motor died and so I bought a 1.9 TDI AGR (90hp) engine coming of a seat ibiza and a VE pump from a AAZ engine to put them together.
My question is: how do I plumb the pressure hoses on the turbo, its a gt15 turbo, my idea is as follows on the image below, "Bomba injetora" stands for VE pump.

Not so sure about the boost lines but thought I’d chime in about the build. I’m certainly no expert by any means but I was always under the impression that an AAZ pump would struggle on a TDI. I know it can be done but I’m not sure you’ll get the performance without upgrading cam plates and other internal parts you’d get with a larger VE pump.

Im am switching the piston on the pump for a larger one ahead.

The main plunger is not the only issue with running an AAZ pump on a TDI. The timing advance curve is also quite wrong.
The boost line routing you show will work, but more typical is to run the wastegate line to the intake scroll without a tee and run the line for the injection pump from the intake manifold.

So you think I shouldn't be using this pump? rather get a land rover one or similar ?

Yes. Even if the plunger is made larger and the TDI advance parts are used, there are still differences to the control collar lever assembly and to the accelerator shaft offset that make the AAZ pump a poor choice. You would be better off selling the AAZ pump and purchasing a Land Rover pump.

Okay, is the land rover 250 and 300 plug and play or need custom modifications ?

I am not familiar with the Land Rover 250. I am also not familiar with the AGR engine code. A pic would help. From a quick search it appears to be basically an ALH with wastegated turbo.

I managed to connect the pump to the engine itself but once I try and crank the car I dont fell any vaccum sucking fuel from the tank on the fuel feed hose, could this be that the pump is not on point or is it faulty ?

Get clear fuel lines.
If you are pulling air the pump sometimes has a hard time priming.
Put a vacuum on the output of the injection pump and pull fuel all the way through the filter and pump.
Once it's pumping liquid,
fuel will move easier.

So, ive managed to prime the injection pump and now when I try and crank the car without the injectors connected I can see fuel squirting out of the hard pipes, whoever when I try and tie them down the car still does not wanna start tho it has fuel pressure. Is it possible that the aaz pump does not build enough fuel pressure to open the 90hp injectors ? Or could the injectors be clogged and need cleaning ? I will still try and take one injectors out while connected to the pump and see if it does deliver fuel.

Is there some emergency for getting the car running? If not, then I'm not sure why you're messing with an AAZ pump on that engine.
