Try hooking a jumper cable from your positive lead to the glow plug bar for 10 or 15 seconds then try and start the car. That will bypass your wiring and At least let you know if that's your main problem or to keep looking elsewhere.

Sweet I'll give that a shot. It also smokes a *** load on startup until its warm so it seems like its a little rich. Might be from having to crank it for so long before it actually fires up though.
