I would guess if it is similar to the gasser world the bolts/studs would be the same as the 5.7. I haven't worked on one either. If you pull a bolt or stud I could probably tell you what it is if I saw it next to something I knew.
But if they are the same bolt just take 2 cylinders worth out of the package and throw them out or save them?
If its worth anything I might have a chilton's mechanics manual that covers most of Domestic cars from 85-86. ill have to double check to see if they say to reuse the headbolts.
Ill search for the book set tonight. How long did they make the 4.3D cutlass, and the 4.3D used in any other GM vehicles? Need to know as I have 3 books and cannot remember exactly what years the books cover as they have been sitting in a closet for over 3 years.
Cylinder head bolts 142 ft pounds for headbolts except 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14 are 59 ft pounds. The book says nothing about TTY bolts. Ill post a picture of the procedure from the book later.
