that first movie is of my car before new injectors, diesel purge, and a few other things, i've also cut the fuel back since then.  smoking has decreased alot, but i still have the peppiest n/a around.

and the quickest method to achieve this is?... adjust the fuel pump?  as many posts as there are on this, can i do a quick adjust to add a little more fuel?  i miss the excessive smoke in peoples face :(

The fuel screw will give you a decent boost.Look at Smog's thread on more power for your 1.9L for more info.

Yes,very similar. You won't have to worry about the idle switch on top of the pump. All the other adjustments are the same. You'll probably need to raise your boost as well,to go with the added fuel. With all the right adjustments, you can have a pretty quick car,and still very minimal smoke.

Just turning up the fuel screw a bit will give you some more power.Just turn it until you get some smoke for now,but not too much. You can mess with the rest of it later.

oh yeah, that's a 2.25 techtonics exhaust with a dynomax muffler...

same as mine with the exception thats your is dynomax and mine is flowmaster. I'll have to get a clip of mine once the mTDI is in and running.

On another note! Those are def. PA roads! I miss them so much (from home... Warren, PA)  and enjoy it alot when I come down to that area for shows, etc.
