FS CE1 Cluster w/ Tach - damaged

I have a Canadian CE1 cluster with a tach. The blue circuit board is damaged and the tach does not work. Some basic wiring should get it working again though. The breaks are obvious. I think the guy working on this car last had a few too many. I think everything else worked.

pcb same as gasser w/tach... they cut tach lead on clock ones...

its also a ideal canadate to use in vanagon or mod to fit a german mk1 cluster(jetta/cabby)..
