"i have the front bumper but thinks looks better without it."

Huh... Looks better with just the bumper mounts sticking out?

"please dont email me or call me trying to low ball me"

And apparently has really no experience selling cars either.  Cuz that's half the fun of buying a car.

"i know what this cars are worth specially the diesel ones. rare and in high demand"

Rare and high demand?  Maybe slightly so, but most buyers of dubs are picky about their purchases, at least from what I've seen.

I'd be getting lots more pics of it before buying it.  For 3k, he should be willing to include a photo shoot of the thing.  Oh, and he talks like gollum, so I'd be careful with "precious".   :)

I would say he has gained an education on two fronts.  1/ the worth is less than half of what he thought and 2/ they are not in HIGH demand.

Low ball him for 800 and see if he entertains the idea.

It looked like a POS to me.  500 max.
