My first post; been lurking awhile, learning until I have something to contribute...I have a unmolested two-owner 1983 Jetta (CY engine, FN trans) Mexico beige 4DR that's pretty tired with 221K miles, so I've got motor & trans out, motor torn down, and now starting rebuild process.
Trying to keep as many German parts as possible, and since head passed a leak test and is flat, I'll re-use it. But, 3 of the prechambers had some significant cracks and I've had a devil of a time finding new or even good used replacements. Success!! They are available new from:

www.eurocartogliani.191.itThey look really good, but are about .1mm larger in overall diameter dimension of the short flange that is closest to the piston top. What's the best way to install? I plan to measure for slight interference fit, flycut the prechamer bore if necessary, then heat the head to 250 degrees, install, and then stake/peen the surrounding head aluminum. comments on this procedure?
Parts arrived in four days from Italy via TNT air express. - p.s. How do you include pictures in post?
