The guy I can get it from said to run the HE351 on it's own. He got it to break in his Cummins 4BT because it spools very early (20+ psi before 1500rpm) on those engines.
He was lying.

for once, im going to agree with you 100%. no way any turbo makes 20+ psi right off idle on a 4bt.. unless someone put a K03 on one.. lol.

Would a K27 be a better choice for a diesel than the T3 60trim? Map here.

That turbo seems a little bit on the big side, but I'm just above the middle of the map with my peak values and definitely clear of the surge line. The T3 was all I've found so far that's slightly smaller.

enough boost is when you have 3 dimple marks in the hood from the valve cover nuts..  ;D
